• USPS orders ship within two business days. 
• UPS orders (i.e. Next Day, 2 Day & 3 Day Select) must be received by 3pm PST, Monday thru Friday, to ship the same day (holidays excluded). 
• USPS Parcel Post delivery time is approximately 2-10 days.
• UPS Priority mail delivery time is approximately 2-3 days. 
• UPS Ground delivery time is approximately 5-10 days.
• At no extra cost to the customer, 2 Cute 2 Trendy reserves the right to upgrade your shipping option.  Please indicate that you do not want your shipping method upgraded in the comments section of your order if this is unacceptable.
• We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive via UPS or USPS. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by 2 Cute 2 Trendy or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipping Carriers

• We ship with UPS or USPS.  You may select your choice carrier at checkout.
• During free shipping promotions, 2 Cute 2 Trendy will determine the carrier selected for shipping.

• We ship international via USPS Priortity Mail International,  USPS Express Mail International, USPS Global Express and UPS Worldsaver.
• USPS, Priority Mail International is the most economical method. 
  • Overseas shipping charges for the first pound begin at $19 - 26.50. 
  • Charges for two pounds range from $20.75 - 31.35. 
  • Many of our items can ship at 2 pounds or less. 
  • Average delivery times range from 6-14 days.
• Australia Shipping Options (for items that weigh 1 pound)
  • USPS Priority Mail International delivers in appx 6-10 business days at $26.50
  • USPS Express Mail International delivers in appx 5 business days at $ 32.50
  • USPS Global Express Guaranteed delivers in 1-3 business days at $72.75
• Canada Shipping Options (items weighing 1 pound)
  • USPS Priority Mail International delivers in appx 6-10 business days at $19.00
  • USPS Express Mail International delivers in appx 5 business days at $30.00
  • USPS Global Express Guaranteed delivers in 1-3 business days at $50.00

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange (for another size), replace, or credit your purchase according to the following guidelines:
  • Notify us within 7 days of order date at info@2cute2trendy.com.  Include your invoice # in your email and the items you are returning and if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days from purchase order date.  We do not accept returns after this 30 days.
  • All returns MUST be unworn and in saleable condition.  Items cannot be altered, stained with deodorant/makeup, or smell like perfume.  Include its original clear plastic packaging with tags attached.
  • If possible, please use the packing materials that came with your order.  You may reuse the original shipper box/bag  and seal it with packaging tape.
  • 2 Cute 2 Trendy will notify you upon receipt of your return.  Please note, returns take approximately 6-10 days to process.
  • Returns are credited back your original payment method.
  • Refunds are not given for shipping and handling.
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are shipped to U.S. customers free (excludes AK & HI).
  • In the event your product is defective, please contact us immediately info@2cute2trendy.com so we may rectify the problem.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Failure to comply with all of these guidelines could result in a refusal of your return and you will not be given a refund.
